call - FreePBX Queues Issue -
i'm experiencing issues freepbx queueus. longest calls waiting don't seem have priority, in various cases we've experienced instances when call on hold 10 ten minutes , call came in , new call sent next available agent before it.
anyone have experience this?

you can enable debug , check queue dooing.
