Developing with the latest Processing version in Eclipse -


i found out processing eclipse plugin not under active development, , matter uses rather old version of eclipse.

i tried to use latest core.jar lib plugin didnt do. there way use develop processing sketches in eclipse using latest procssing version. thanks

i warmly recommend proclipsing plugin.

proclipsing

it allows create processing project (java links core.jar , extends papplet you) , has tools export processing application or applet. need point processing install , find existing libraries.

if don't want use eclipse plugins can create new java project, add core.jar build path , extend papplet.

update based on comments, perhaps half-way method solve problem: try pde x mode in processing. auto-complete, code navigation , renaming.
