python - socket.gaierror: [Errno 11004] getaddrinfo failed -


i trying install gsutil on windows 7 machine. following instructions here -> https://developers.google.com/storage/docs/gsutil_install

but getting following error when run 4th step(python gsutil):

socket.gaierror: [errno 11004] getaddrinfo failed

maybe proxy issues?
