google app engine - Unable to run an app locally on GAE behind proxy -


i new gae python 2.7 , trying started basics. downloaded app works fine when deploy online unable run app locally on dev_appserver. behind proxy have set http_proxy on env. server starts correctly when open localhost:8080 displays follwing error :

found solution problem. had http_proxy environment variable set while deploying app engine locally. acually when testing locally 1 needs disable proxy setting used appcfg.
