internet explorer - Sharepoint Upload Multiple Document Option Gray Out -


to enable sharepoint 2010 upload multiple document option stsupld uploadctl must enabled in add on. clients getting multiple upload option grayed out.

so checked systems of client have issue. on of systems there stsupld.dll present stsupld uploadctl class not listed under add-on in internet explorer. thing more needed after installation of office install add on.

please suggest....
