Temporarily drop virtual machine from Azure cloud service for maintenance -


we have azure cloud service virtual machines running asp.net websites. when upgrade application want drop each vm out of cloud service users don't degraded experience until it's been deployed to.

this doesn't seem possible, suggests we're "doing wrong".

can help?

if you're using windows azure vms, not cloud services - web roles, you'll have manage application update process yourself. web role provides in-place upgrade , vip swap feature mentioned previously. great options handling application upgrade process.

google app engine - 403 Forbidden POST - Flask WTForms -
