i have downloaded phonene plugin svn url provide. in post written install using svn url online, there way install locally?

this tutorial how install phonegap plugin phonegap project. not install phonegap plugin eclipse.

1.cd project

cd /applications/mamp/htdocs/test

2.add phonegap plugin project

phonegap plugin add https://github.com/apache/cordova-plugin-device
