android - Is is possible to write a background service that run on multiple mobile platforms? -


i'm curious if know way write program in single language mobile devices (particularly android, ios & win phone) run on background(no ui + start @ boot time)??

note 1: have checked phonegap, steroids , stuff that.. not meant used write background services, i'm aware..

note 2: don't believe in magic. hence, don't think there positive answer question. asked confirm
