geolocation - finding relative co-ordinates of android device using location services with accuracy in cm -


i have tried using location services gps , network provider. getting accuracy of 16 m. need in cm or @ least 1 meter. tell me other method better estimate. want find relative co-ordinates of device respect location found device only.

you can't. gps isn't accurate, not without specialized equipment. http://www.gps.gov/systems/gps/performance/accuracy/ gps designed 8 meter accuracy 95% confidence, , equipment can 3 meter accuracy. military grade equipment can better, won't stuff in mobile phone, forget military.

and that's assuming military isn't purposely messing signal- military can purposely make less accurate in times of war.
