Google Cloud SQL Pricing -

i avid user of amazon aws not sure rds compared google's cloud sql. in site - mentioned per use billing plan exists.

how calculated? mentioned 'charged periods of continuous use, rounded nearest hour'.

how go? if there no visitors site there no charges, right? if have 100 continuous users 30 days. still billed $0.025 per hour (excluding network usage charges)?

how upload present sql database google cloud service? same way amazon using oracle workbench?

thank you

using per use billing, if database isn't access 15 minutes taken offline , charged data storage ($0.24 per gb per month). brought online next time it's accessed, typically takes around second d1 instance. number of users doesn't affect charge: charged database instance, not user.
