Visual Studio 2013 Express and Windows Store App does not start -


i have weird issue make me crazy think.

i've installed visual studio express 2013 windows test windows store apps development. want use xaml , c#. so, created new project blank app template , try start it. unfortunatelly has never worked, screen stay blocked on splash screen of app. no errors in visual studio, try launch visual studio in time debbuger unhandled exception in .net framework, when select debugger nohthing happen. there's no trace of exception in eventviewer either...i tried local machine , simulator debug...no change !

i tried found on internet :

  • reset vs settings
  • renew developper license (...)

when make new windows store app javascript works perfectly..it seems xaml/c# issue.

any appreciated ! thank in advance !

my configuration :

  • windows 8.1
  • visual studio express 2013 windows update 1
  • ssd drive, intel i7, lenovo ideapad

ok fixed re-installating system. suppose there wrong .net framework. worked !

edit : found messing whole system. if install sql server 2012 express edition stop working. so...i switch dbms !

google app engine - 403 Forbidden POST - Flask WTForms -
