if navigate link in ios6 safari , scroll page, element fixed positioning scrolls page, , snaps being fixed when remove finger. (if don't first time, refresh , try again)

the thing is... if go http://techcrunch.com on ios6 , scroll, won't @ ever. don't seem doing stay fixed in ios6 i'm not doing.
