vba - change point style in EXCEL 2010 chart -

i need change point style of chart in excel 2010.

i have 10000 points, represented diamonds overlaped each other in chart.

it hard see them clearly.

how change them small point not diamonds ?

in excel, available shapes diamonds.

any appreciated.

this change marker style of first series of active chart:

activechart.seriescollection(1).select selection     .markerstyle = 1       .markersize = 5 end 

markerstyle 1 sets series markers circles , markersize sets size. not sure if have many series or points on same series. maybe have loop on series collection change style on series.
