suppose find necessary updates crm 2011 on-premise installation in ur7 , in ur14. should install both rollups or installing ur14 cover changes of ur7 well.

you should install rollup 14 include rollup 7.

you must @ rollup 6 before can install rollup 14 (or rollup 7):

ou must have microsoft dynamics crm 2011 update rollup 6 (build 5.0.9690.1992) or later version of microsoft dynamics crm 2011 installed apply update rollup.

you cannot uninstall rollup 6 makes non-reversible changes database.

rollup 12, included in rollup 14, includes changes javascript , dom multi-browser support means ui customizations may break. recommend thorough testing - if have implemented html or javascript - before upgrading rollup 12 or higher.
