How does PHP upgrade affect Magento site? I am experiencing problems when I update my phpMyAdmin -


could please explain how php upgrade affects magento site?

i developing magento site locally on mamp. 9 months have been using same version of mamp uses php 5.4.4. have upgraded mamp newest version , using php 5.5.10. error message when try access site. have feeling because of php upgrade.

please note rookie @ programming , know less php , databases.

take @ magento system requirements.

php compatibility:
5.2.13 - 5.3.x, 5.4.x patch

magento not support php 5.5, guess that's problem you.
