actionscript 3 - Adobe Flash Builder -


is there way can adopted, create cross platform responsive mobile apps using flash builder ?

we using our custom written resigning engine purpose right now, tend replace generic resigning tool or cater responsiveness kind of devices/platforms.

being on same cross platform development, i.e. flex, action script , mxml, there solution this?
