android - Responsive web design works on desktop but not on mobile device -


i have created responsive web site using desktop , works beautifully in modes on desktop. when adjust browser windows works mobile phone version. however, when check on mobile device - samsung galaxy s3 - not displaying.

ruby on rails - In a controller spec, how to find a specific tag in the generated view? -
