logging - Can you import data like page view counts to google analytics using data imports? -

i came across horrible problem: google tracking code of 1 of our webpages apparently has not been included 2 days important have statistics of inside ga.

the question is, can import data page counts of former days google analytics when have server logs (or manually created csv maybe)?

i read article dont quite understand if need. know not programmable question forums on horrible , questions requarding importing apache server logs 2009. appreciated.

edit: know there several questions on none discuss feature of data imports. maybe possible after all.

alex, afraid can't that.

dimension widening works "on-the-fly", meaning if have example author id 1 of url parameters, can tell ga replace id author name pre-uploaded value list. cannot historically.

what can extract data api , log-parsing numbers need. basic ones pageviews, visits, visitors etc. shouldn't of issue.

but unfortunately there no way can re-upload data historically , have campaign-related information available. looking @ data collection section, if go measurement protocol behind google analytics collects, says:

the measurement protocol allows developers collect user-interaction (event / hit) data. not allow developers upload aggregated data tables.

also, if review possible parameters - there no date/time available, pretty sure cannot technically upload historical data.
