yes, redis can accept data different shippers. use same shipper configuration on each server.

if shipping lots of data redis, need tweak redis configuration high loads. instance, may need replica node.

once data gets through redis elasticsearch, can query kibana. searching on @source_host tag allow isolate logs different servers.

be careful when setting multiple redis/elasticsearch stacks on same network. if 2 elasticsearch servers have same cluster name, form cluster (without intervention). if shut 1 of them down, cluster degrade.
